Devin Lynch

President and Chief Executive Officer

Devin Lynch is Chief Executive Officer and President of Transware and also a member of the company's board of directors. As CEO, Lynch is responsible for directing Transware's operations, overseeing its expansion into new global markets and managing the company's growth.

Lynch, who first joined Transware in January 2003, most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As EVP, he oversaw and shaped Transware's sales strategy and the company's marketing efforts.

Lynch has over thirteen years experience of senior level sales and marketing positions. He came to Transware after holding a number of management positions at SmartForce, now SkillSoft, most recently Senior Vice-President Sales. At SmartForce, Lynch had overall responsibility for all direct and indirect sales in North America as well as Worldwide Alliances and Strategic Partners. Lynch also built the Channel Sales Organization for SmartForce. Prior to SmartForce, he was the VP Sales for PTS (Personal Training Systems), which was a leader in Multi-media Desktop training.

He earned a bachelor's degree in Human Development from California Polytechnic State University.

Barry Roach

Chief Financial Officer

Barry Roach is Transware's Chief Financial Officer. From his independent consultancy serving early stage technology companies Barry joined Transware in 2007 to further define the financial strategies, controls and the execution of robust growth models for Transware.

Prior to joining Transware, Barry was CFO for ClaimIQ a successful venture capital funded software and services company which was acquired by a larger company in an adjacent industry segment.

Barry's M&A and venture financial experience and knowledge stems from his CFO positions at Raychem, Shaklee and NET where he was involved in multiple global joint venture, IPO and acquisition activities that positively shaped the fortunes of those companies to this day.

Barry was an EVP at Fair Isaac where he led the company's acquisition and diversification initiatives and headed the Healthcare Information Services business unit. He was also a partner in the San Francisco and Mexico City offices of McKinsey & Company, a world-wide management consulting firm.

Barry is a graduate of MIT (SB '62), received his MBA from Stanford in 1964 and then served in the USMC prior to joining McKinsey. Barry is located at Transware's Pleasanton office in California.

David Flynn

General Manager

David Flynn has more than 20 years of successful international management and development experience within the localization industry. Mr. Flynn's success in the industry has been achieved by applying formal program management techniques alongside technology applications for the delivery of quality service solutions.

David held executive management positions at Lionbridge, Stream International and Digital Equipment plus several consulting assignments in the localization and software testing services industry prior to joining Transware in Dublin. David's background includes 5 years in major global accounts lifecycle solutions development/management, 5 years of general management, and 10 years of engineering/software management/programs.

David's activities in the localization industry have involved the incubation of new lines of business, development and integration of lifecycle process engineering as well as the architecting and execution of acquisition activities within the localization industry.

Driven to achieve new levels of quality and customer satisfaction, David has consistently and successfully introduced formal change/program management lifecycle processes to a variety of onshore and offshore organizations. David, a devoted student of "what gets measured gets done", working with the reorganized organizational elements, has always provided for clear client focus & accountability and achieved tremendously positive business results.

David is a graduate of CERAM Business School Nice, France 1996. He conducted his BS undergraduate work at the University College Galway (UCG) with follow on Post Graduate degrees in Electronics from Galway Regional Technical College and Quality Assurance from UCG.

Derek Coffey

Vice President of Technology

Derek is responsible for the delivery of Technology services throughout the organization. This broad spectrum of services includes Information Technology, support services and software development. Following the acquisition of Globalsight in 2005, Derek is also responsible for engineering, product support, quality assurance and strategic development of our Ambassador Globalisation Management System (GMS).

With 15 years experience in the IT industry, Derek has worked in distribution, manufacturing and services, in a variety of roles including software development, database administration, systems administration and IT Management. Derek has worked on a wide variety of platforms, including Microsoft/Intel servers, Digital VAX, Apple Mac and HP, and has consulted for organizations in the areas of Server technology, Database/Systems Design, Wide Area Networking and Telecommunications.

Derek has a Diploma in Applications Programming, a Diploma in Structured Systems Analysis and Design from the Irish Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Information Technology and Business Management from Trinity College Dublin.

Sinead Touhy

Vice President of Technical Services

As VP Technical Services, Sinead has responsibility for the Engineering, Audio and Desktop Publishing teams in Transware. This grouping of services ensures the high level of technical knowledge and expertise associated with Transware. With over 10 years experience in the localization industry, Sinead has worked in both the software and multimedia localisation sectors. Joining Transware in 1999, Sinead has held a number of positions within the company. A background in both engineering and client consultancy lend to her current position.

Sinead holds a degree in Applied Physics and has completed the professional exams for the British Computer Society.

Sibylle Eibl

Vice President of Production

Sibylle Eibl is responsible for directing and managing the Transware project management organization. The focus of this function is to develop and secure repeat business through outstanding customer service and high quality deliverables. The organization is structured into business units grouped around core accounts to nurture a culture of continuity and to augment the knowledge base of our clients’ business requirements, thus forming a solid basis for continual account growth and development. Sibylle, joined Transware’s management team in 2000, has over fourteen years’ experience of senior level operations and project management. Prior to Transware Sibylle held positions with Lotus Development, International Translation & Publishing Ltd., and SDL International.

Sibylle holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics form the University of Saarland, one of Germany’s leading universities in the field of Applied Linguistics, Science of Translation & Interpreting and Computer Linguistics.

Louise Loane

Vice President of Production

Louise Loane is responsible for the delivery of consulting and management services to Transware customers. The focus of this service is to provide high quality consulting to clients, develop business relationships and ensure quality deliverables across all associated projects. In particular Louise works with our customers and internal teams to ensure that both groups maximize the efficiencies and cost savings enabled through the appropriate deployment of our Ambassador GMS technology. Louise is a localization professional with a strong Project Management background and 9+ years of experience in the industry.

Louise is a graduate of University College Dublin with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics.

William Quinn

Supply Chain Manager

As Supply chain Mananger at Transware, William is responsible for the management of all the global vendor partners involved in the supplying goods and services to Transware. William's role is to ensure that Transware has world class global vendor partners, which have the capacity, quality and pricing necessary to ensure Transware can continue to grow its business. William joined Transware in 2004 and has over 18 years experience working in supply chain and operational roles. Prior to joining Transware, William spent over 10 years working with two of Ireland's top 10 companies, the Kerry Group and the Smurfit Group.

William holds a degree in Business Studies and a post graduate degree in Purchasing and Materials Management.

John Rooney

Vice President, Global Sales

As VP Global Sales, John manages Transware's outside and inside sales team both in North America and in Europe.

John has over 18 years of sales experience in field sales, sales management and senior sales management. John joined Transware after 9 years with SkillSoft (formerly SmartForce and CBT Systems), most recently as Regional Vice President for their Books24x7 subsidiary. John was instrumental in building the sales staff and contributing to integrating the Books24x7 solution into the SkillSoft solution set. Prior to that, he was the Area Vice President at SmartForce responsible for direct sales and services of their e-learning solutions for the Central and Western areas. John started his career in a sales capacity with SRA, an IBM subsidiary.

John holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
